  • Tiny Tots

    Our Tiny Tots Creative Movement class introduces young dancers to the joy of movement through music, imagination, and play. Dancers will explore basic dance steps, coordination, rhythm, and creative expression in a fun and supportive environment designed especially for little movers.

  • Combo Classes

    Our dance combo classes are an energetic and engaging program that introduces young dancers to a variety of styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, tumbling, & lyrical. This class focuses on building foundational skills while encouraging creativity and self-expression.

    Students participate in fun warm-up exercises, learn age-appropriate choreography, and explore various dance techniques through interactive activities. The class emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and social skills, as children work together in a supportive environment. With a focus on enhancing coordination, rhythm, and musicality, this combo class prepares young dancers for future progression in the art of dance.

  • Ballet

    A ballet class is a structured environment that focuses on the technique and artistry of ballet dancing. Typically, it begins with a warm-up session at the barre, where students practice basic positions and movements to build strength and flexibility. This is followed by center work, where dancers practice combinations of steps without the barre, emphasizing balance and coordination. Classes often incorporate various exercises, including pliés, tendus, and relevés, along with across-the-floor work, which involves movements like leaps and turns.

  • Lyrical

    A lyrical dance class combines elements of ballet and jazz to create a style that expresses emotion through fluid movements and storytelling.   • Tap

    Students then move on to learning various tap techniques, including basic steps like shuffles, flaps, and taps.   • Stretch & Strengthen

    A stretch and strength dance class combines elements of flexibility training and muscle conditioning, often tailored for dancers to improve their technique and performance. These classes typically focus on increasing range of motion, strengthening muscles, and improving core strength, all crucial for dance. They may incorporate various stretching techniques, strength training exercises, turns, jumps & leaps, acro tricks and even ballet conditioning, depending on the specific class structure and focus.

  • Hip-Hop

    This class is recommended for dancers with a strong ballet foundation and instructor approval to ensure readiness for pointe work.

  • Pom

    Pom class is a high-energy dance style that combines sharp, precise movements with elements of jazz and hip-hop. Dancers perform with poms while learning strong arm motions, clean lines, kicks, jumps, and dynamic choreography. This class focuses on timing, synchronization, performance quality, and building confidence while dancing in a team setting.

    Students will develop strength, coordination, and stage presence while learning fun and upbeat routines. Pom is perfect for dancers who love fast-paced choreography and performing with energy and spirit.

  • Adult Sweat & Stretch

    Adult Sweat & Stretch class typically combines cardiovascular exercise with strength training to provide a full-body workout. These classes often incorporate high-intensity interval training, circuit training, and various exercises using, resistance bands, or bodyweight to build both endurance and muscle. The goal is to improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength and conditioning, while including various stretching to improve flexiblity and overall fitness.
