Sean Crutchfield
Co-Owner & Director
Sean began his dance journey at the age of sixteen, quickly rising as a competitive dancer earning overall regional titles and securing top five national placements. Upon graduating high school, he was awarded a full scholarship to the prestigious International Ballet Academy in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he trained rigorously six hours a day, six days a week before joining the academy’s elite traveling company.
He continued his professional training in New York City on full scholarship at the renowned Joffrey Ballet Jazz & Contemporary Program, immersing himself in a wide spectrum of styles including ballet, jazz, contemporary, Horton, musical theater, Cunningham, hip hop, heels, and acting. While in NYC, Sean trained and performed at world-class institutions such as Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, Alvin Ailey, and Martha Graham Studios.
Sean’s performance career includes leading roles in iconic productions such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Sleeping Beauty, along with appearances in off-Broadway productions. He has also showcased his creative voice as a choreographer for the Young Choreographer Festival in New York City.
Signed with RWS Entertainment Group, Sean has taken his talent across the globe, performing on cruise ships and at major amusement parks. For the past several years, he has also served as the Assistant Director of a local dance studio, where he found a deep passion for mentoring young dancers and helping his students reach their highest potential. This experience inspired his vision to create a space of his own—one where dancers can grow, thrive, and feel empowered.
